Through our values-driven culture, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where every employee feels inspired, valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our commitment to well-being starts with our employees
Creativity and inspiration thrive in a culture where employees are heard, valued and supported. Pinterest provides employees with competitive pay, benefits and opportunities that help to equip them with the tools they need to build a life—and a career—that they love.
PinFlex is a work model that enables us to meet the needs of our business while empowering our team to do their best work, grow their career and build meaningful connections.
Employees can access mental health resources, including a quarterly personal well-being and development fund.
Our Ombuds programme provides a safe space for Pinterest employees to discuss work concerns, receive communications coaching and more.
Fostering belonging with Pinclusion Groups
Pinterest’s mission is grounded in a philosophy of inclusion and belonging. Pinclusion Groups, our employee resource groups at Pinterest, operate globally, hosting experiences and initiatives that are open to all employees.
‘We believe people’s best work happens when they are the most inspired. Through benefits that meet real-world needs, employee-led groups that foster collaboration and connection, and our commitment to inclusion guiding everything we do, we strive to create a culture that honours curiosity and kindness.’
Chief People Officer, Pinterest
Doniel SuttonOur investment in well-being extends to our communities
We invest in organisations that are working to advance mental health and emotional well-being, and support content producers.

The Pinterest Impact Fund catalyses emotional well-being in a digital age so that everyone is inspired to create a life they love. Since inception, Pinterest Impact Fund has invested more than USD $40M in Impact partners.
In 2025, employees logged nearly 7,000 volunteer hours and contributed USD 1.8 million, including matching funds from Pinterest. Employees can access USD 1,000 in annual donation matching and take 40 hours of paid time off to volunteer for their chosen cause.
Pinterest has launched pivotal initiatives such as the Youth Mental Health Corps and the Hidden Healing Fund with partners from the public and private sectors, and signed on to the UNICEF-led Global Coalition for Youth Mental Health. Together, we’re driving transformative change where youth mental health is a collective priority and healing, both visible and hidden, is amplified.
