All employees must adhere to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which outlines the conduct expected from everyone at Pinterest, and complete code of conduct training upon hire and again every two years.
Before working with Pinterest, all suppliers must read and acknowledge our Supplier Code of Conduct, which establishes expectations for operating lawfully, ethically and responsibly.
Transparency reporting
Published twice a year, Pinterest’s transparency reports detail how we’re evolving our content moderation and enforcement practices to keep up with new trends and user behaviours, ensuring that we continue to create a safe and inclusive environment on our platform.
