Ready is a proven and visionary leader, with experience in past roles such as President of Commerce and Payments at Google, COO at PayPal, CEO at Venmo and CEO at Braintree. He has also held leadership roles at five start-ups.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Louisville, Kentucky, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston.
